Policies
Medical Insurance: All guest groups are responsible for providing their own medical insurance coverage.
Political Affiliation: Swan Lake Christian Camp is not affiliated with any political party. SLCC will not knowingly host groups whose primary agenda is political fundraising, lobbying or campaigning,.
Telephone & Internet: A telephone is available in the office. Cell service with Verizon is generally good. Wireless Internet is available in the retreat center and dining room.
Smoking and alcohol: Smoking is not permitted in any of the camp buildings. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the grounds.
Fires should be built in designated areas only. Roasting sticks for marshmallows or hot dogs are available. A grill may be available. Please check with the camp office to reserve it. The use of the grill is free if you bring your own propane.
Fireworks and Firearms are allowed only by special permission. Contact the camp office.
Lifeguard: All guest groups are responsible for providing their own lifeguard for swimming activities. The camp assumes no liability for providing lifeguards. Trained staff are on duty during swim time for Swan Lake Christian Camp programs.
Meal times are negotiable. Special meal or dietary needs are available upon request. Please make every effort to make special dietary requests several days before your event as we strive to accommodate these needs.
Recreation equipment: Groups are welcome to use camp equipment. This includes canoes, volleyballs, basketballs, etc. This privilege is included in the day use or overnight fees.
